  Zero Stars. Had 10:00 reservation for pickup. Called local number to arrange pickup 15 times between 8 am when they opened and 8:40 when phone was finally picked up by Newport. They said they would pick me up at 10. By 10:20 I called local office and they said they called me twice to confirm. There was no record of any calls from them on my phone. Why would they call me to confirm a pick up I had just set up a half hour earlier? When I tried to explain this to the office person we got into a confrontation and he said - I won't rent a car to you. And - we're not giving you a ride back home. So I had to Uber out of there. Thanks guys. Enterprise just lost a customer permanently.
